Light, breathable clothing will be your friend in the summer heat; opt for loose-fitting, light-colored fabrics that allow your skin to breathe and reflect the sun’s rays.

Don’t forget to slather on that sunscreen! Choose a broad-spectrum SPF of at least 30 and reapply every two hours, especially if you’re swimming or sweating. Your skin will thank you!
